Winning the F1 world title is the ultimate goal of any driver. It takes years of hard work, dedication, drive, and some luck as well. Spider-Man: No Way Home Overtakes Avatar at Domestic Box Office

Spider-Man: No Way Home continues to climb the box office rankings, Spider-Man: No Way Home continues to swing towards success, with the recent Marvel sequel now overtaking sci-fi epic Avatar at the domestic box office. Spider-Man: No Way Home has now amassed a hugely impressive domestic total of $761 million, passing Avatar’s $760.5 million, making the crowd-pleasing Spider-Man outing the No. 3 movie of all time. You can see more detailed box office information at The Numbers. Of course, Avatar still holds the top spot worldwide thanks to its monstrous $2.84 billion earnings. Close behind Avatar though is another Marvel flick, Avengers: Endgame, which managed to accrue $2.79 billion.  Spider-Man: No Way Home continues to crawl up these rankings as well however, currently sitting pretty at No. 6 and earning $1.8 billion, with the likes of Avengers: Infinity War, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and Titanic standing above. Five New Cast 'The Continental' John Wick Series

 A new lineup of stars will be checking into the John Wick prequel series The Continental., Katie McGrath (Supergirl), Ray McKinnon (Rectify) Adam Shapiro (Never Have I Ever), Mark Musashi (Fear of the Walking Dead) and Marina Mazepa (Malignant) have been cast opposite Colin Woodell and Mel Gibson in Starz’s The Continental. The prequel to the Keanu Reeves film series John Wick. The Continental will be presented as a three-night special-event TV series, produced for Starz by Lionsgate Television. The Continental will serve as a prequel special to the John Wick blockbuster film franchise. Starring Hollywood good-guy Keanu Reeves, the base films follow a highly trained assassin on a mission to find those who killed his beloved dog and hold them responsible. During the titular character’s travels, viewers are taken to the Continental Hotel, a safe haven for assassins to get a good night’s rest. Run by the hotel’s owner, Winston (Ian McShane) the only rule inside the walls is no killing. P

Weekend Box Office Takes Short Winter’s

 Industry executives can’t say that nobody went to the movies this weekend, because the majors didn’t really give them a reason to come out. That’s because there aren’t any new wide releases, as studios became fearful about omicron’s impact, coupled with a historically lackluster domestic box office period. This weekend, all titles will gross around $34.7M, which is the lowest since Sept. 24-26, 2021. That’s when Shang-Chi was in its 4th weekend, with $13M, and Universal’s Dear Evan Hansen died with a $7.4M opening, amounting to a $38.8M weekend for all titles. Next weekend, Lionsgate hopes to lure people out with Roland Emmerich’s Moonfall and Paramount with Jackass Forever, both looking at low-to-mid teen digits, that is, before their final week media blitz ensue. In the meantime, we can gaze at how Sony/Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home is intent on beating Avatar‘s 3rd place of all-time domestic box office record ($760.5M). By the end of Sunday, Spidey will be $25.2M away from takin
