Dark Equine to Release first Berserk Manga Quantity Since Kentarou Miura Passing in November
Dark Equine Comics verified with Crunchyroll on Monday that it will launch the 41st put together book quantity of Kentarou Miura's Berserk manga, that includes the last chapters that Miura had produced for the collection, in November. The quantity (English cover pictured right) will take place sale at comic stores on November 9 and in bookstores on November 22. The profession paperback launch will consist of a two-sided color poster place.
This was the series' first quantity since Miura's passing in May, and the first in 3 years.
The 41st manga quantity delivered in Japan on December 24.
Previous ads in the The New York Times had specified that the manga's 41st quantity would certainly introduce in the U.S. and France in summer 2022. Dark Equine Comics has since specified that those ads were approximated launch home windows, and the real day needed to be changed.
The afterword in the 41st quantity from Hakusensha's Young Pet magazine's content staff specified that the future of the manga is still unsure. The staff also thanked its visitors.
The content staff had specified in September that there was "no information to share about the future" of Kentarou Miura's Berserk manga "currently." The declaration included that the staff's priority will "constantly be put on him — what he would certainly think if he were still with us."
The 41st volume's launch was available in both routine and unique versions, the last which consists of unique canvas art and a dramatization CD. Miura attracted the canvas art (pictured left) that adorns the unique version of the 41st quantity. The dramatization CD features the return of the anime's actors and depicts the manga's key "Awakening" phase, which has never ever been seen in any one of the manga's anime adjustments. Miura died on May 6, 2021 because of severe aortic dissection. He was 54. Since the announcement of Miura's passing, developers in Japan and throughout the globe have offered their condolences.

Miura released the one-shot variation of the Berserk manga in Hakusensha's Monthly Comicomi publication in 1988. He introduced the complete Berserk manga collection in Hakusensha's Monthly Pet House publication in 1989, and the collection continued in Hakusensha's Young Pet publication previously. The collection has more than 40 million duplicates in circulation. Hakusensha released the manga's 40th quantity in Japan on September 28, 2018. Dark Equine Comics released the same quantity in North America on October 8, 2019. Dark Equine Comics started reprinting the manga in the luxurious hardbound versions in February 2019. Each quantity features 3 normal put together quantities of the manga.
The manga inspired a tv anime collection in 1997, as well as an anime movie trilogy from 2012 to 2013. Another tv anime collection premiered in Japan in July 2016, and the second fifty percent of the new collection premiered in April 2017.
